Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email once it ships.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after dispatching. These are estimates, not guarantees, and delays can happen because of carriers, customs, weather, or peak seasons.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free for UK Mainland.

Multiple parcels

Orders with several items may ship in separate parcels from different locations, and may arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra shipping for this.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Choose one of these options:

• Option A: Prices include all duties and taxes.

• Option B: International orders may be subject to customs fees charged by your country, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Incorrect address

Please check your address at checkout. We cannot redirect or refund orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but contact us right away and we will try to help.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 28 business days of the estimated date, contact us homelixandco@gmail.com. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
