Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in British Pound Sterling and may change without notice. Items may sell out, and we may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurred.

Orders

An order confirmation email does not mean we have accepted your order. We accept an order when it is dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order for suspected fraud, stock issues, or errors.

Product use and safety

Use products as intended and follow any included instructions. For example, USB-powered lamps should be used with a certified power adaptor, which is not included. Do not leave powered items unattended for long periods. Keep fragile products out of children's reach and away from damp areas where relevant.
